4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing your order you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for confirmation emails that are not received due to incorrect details provided by you.

4.3 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure of payment authorisation
  • Products being out of stock

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruptions, extreme weather, or customs processing for international orders.

6.3 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will follow their standard re-delivery or collection process. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to collect, we may charge redelivery costs.

6.4 Risk and Title

Ownership of and risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by our guarantee or these Terms.

By purchasing and using our product, you acknowledge that:

If you experience pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions while using the device, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
