How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:

- Let us know your order number and reason (optional — we genuinely don't require one)
- We'll process your full refund within 48 hours
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund unless we specifically request it. We trust our customers.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time is within 48 hours of us receiving your request
- Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account
- There are no restocking fees, admin charges, or deductions of any kind
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your SmoothBack arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will resolve it immediately — either with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo or short video if possible (helps us improve)

Items Not Eligible for Refund
In the unlikely event that your refund request falls outside our standard policy, the following items are non-refundable:
- Digital products or downloadable content (e.g. eBooks included in bundle orders), once accessed
- Orders reported more than 90 days after the original purchase date
Your UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item (the "cooling-off period") for any reason, with no penalty.
